Job Description

Job Duties / Description

  • Support core Human Resources functions including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance tracking, and maintenance of employee records
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll processes, and general employment practices
  • Assist with benefits enrollments and coordination with external vendors and providers
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, equipment, facilities needs, vendor coordination, and general workspace organization
  • Coordinate with building management and service providers to address maintenance, safety, and operational needs
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, internal events, and travel arrangements
  • Greet visitors, manage incoming communications, and support a positive onsite experience
  • Perform general administrative duties including document management, data entry, recordkeeping, and correspondence
  • Provide administrative and documentation support for finance-related activities, including reporting, auditing support, and information processing
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR, administrative, and office workflows; assist with documenting and implementing process improvements
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred with proven experience in Human Resources, office administration, or a similar role
  • General knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations preferred
  • Strong numeracy and foundational math skills with sound judgment and a high ethical standard
  • Commitment to regulatory compliance and confidentiality
  • Excellent critical-thinking, analytical reasoning, and research abilities
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow up proactively
  • Proficiency in an iOS-based computing environment and standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with secure email practices and document handling
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willing and able to work onsite 90-100% of the time
  • Ability to perform occasional lifting of approximately 30-50 pounds

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible (40 hours per week)
  • Location type: 90-100% onsite at St. Paul-area office
